The sad news came to us from St. Joseph’s Home (nursing health center) in Enfield, CT. Today, Friday, July 5 Father CHESTER MROWKA, C.M., 97, died after 7:00 AM. He moved to that place few weeks ago, after he collapsed and his health deteriorated. He passed away two weeks after his 97th birthday, 74th year [...] 
In the 69th year of priesthood, in 72nd year of vocation and in the age of 94 Fr. Wacław A. HŁOND, C.M. died in Yale New Haven Hospital on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EST. Couple days earlier he was injured falling on the ground in the nursing home where was a resident. [...] On the eve of the Palm Sunday, Father Stanisław “Stanley” Staniszewski, C.M. died unexpectedly in Florida at the age of 83, 65 years of vocation and 58 years of priesthood. [...] 
At night, March 31, 2016 Father JOHN S. SLEDZIONA, C.M. unexpectedly died at the age of 73 in St. Patrick’s Church Rectory, Pelham, NH. He was a Vincentian for 54 years and priest for 45 years. Recently he was Director of Seminarian Formation and Co-Director of Permanent Deacon Formation for the diocese of [...] Most Reverend Richard McCullen, C.M., 89, former Superior General of the Congregation of the Mission and Company of the Daughters of Charity died peacefully in a sleep today at dawn, December 24, 2015. [...] In the morning, Monday, April 7, 2014 Fr. Julian SZUMILO C.M. died at St. Francis Hospital, Harftord, CT in the age of 90, 64 years in priesthood and 70 year in vocation. He was the oldest Confrere in the New England Province. [...] In the evening, Friday, October 25, 2013 Fr. ROMAN GOROWSKI, C.M. died at DePaul Provincial Residence, Manchester, CT, in the age of 68, 41 years in priesthood and 47 year in vocation. [...] Mrs Eugenia Zając, mother of Fr. Boleslaw Potomski CM, died on August 6, 2013 in Poland. Fr. Boleslaw is residing in the Provincial Hosue in Manchester, CT. Previously he was working in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Stamford, CT and St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Brooklyn, NY. The funeral of Mrs. [...] |
