Advent Retreat Program

Marek Sadowski Cm, our Provincial of the New England Province was presiding and preaching at the Advent Retreat Program which prepares faithful for a more meaningful experience of Christmas. The Retreat took place from the evening Mass on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 until Wednesday, December 15th, 2021
at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church, in Brooklyn New York.
Fr. Provincial will also lead the Advent Retreat program at our second Vincentian parish at St. Stanislaus Kostka in Brooklyn, NY. The program will start on Saturday, December 18th, 2021 until Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021.

125th Anniversary of St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish in Brooklyn, NY

The solemn closing of the yearly 40-Hour Eucharistic Devotion was held Tuesday, November 30 in conjunction with a Mass of thanksgiving commemorating the 125th Anniversary of our parish. Bishop Witold Mroziewski, Auxiliary Bishop of Brooklyn, was the Presider. Many confreres, among them Father Visitor G. Marek Sadowski, and priests from the Diocese of Brooklyn, participated in the concelebrated Mass that was followed by the Eucharistic Devotion and procession. All parish organizations as well as school children, altar servers and the Krakowianki and Gorale folk group participated in the mass and procession.

New Bishop in the Diocese of Brooklyn

Diocese of Brookly, where our confreres serve since 1922, has received a new Ordinary Bishop recently.

Most Reverend Robert J Brennan was installed as the Eight Bishop of Brooklyn on November 30, 2021 at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral church in Brooklyn.
