Lenten retreats in Polish schedule

Attending the retreat program is one of the main spiritual exercises during the season of Lent. You may find Lenten retreats announced in the the parishes we are present in Archdiocese of Hartford and Diocese of Brooklyn. They are provided in English in Polish.

Traditionally retreats programs in Polish are mastered by the Vincentian priests coming in for the occasion from the Province of Poland of our Congregation.

This year the retreats in Polish will be preached during 3rd week of Lent (Ansonia & Derby), 5th week of Lent (St. Cyril and Methodius church in Brooklyn) and finally during the Holy Week in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church in Brooklyn.

This year Fr. Jacek Jacek Kuziel, C.M. is the retreat master. Father was ordained priest in the Congregation of the Mission in 1996. Currently, he is ministering in the Basilica of the Holy Cross in Warsaw, the longest continuously staffed by the Vincentians church in the world. He is engaged in various ministries in the parish including being the chaplain of Warsaw Police Department. Previously he was pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes parish in Kraków and National Moderator of Vincentian Marian Youth (VMY) Association in Poland.
