International Meeting of Visitors, Provincials of Congregation of the Mission took place at St. John’s University, Jamaica, NY, July 1-13, 2013. Almost 50 Vincentian leaders participated. Superior General, Fr. G.Gregory Gay, C.M. was one of he first Confreres interviewed by Famvin.org. Here, we present his impressions and hopes after first dyas of of the event. Since September 15, Fr. Matthew Kallammakal, C.M., former Visitor of the Province of North India will replace Fr. Varghese Thottamkara, C.M., whom Pope Francis recently named [...] On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was approved by the Continental Congress, granting the 13 colonies their freedom as a sovereign nation.
